Eileen began making toffee 36 years ago creating her own recipe and perfecting it, refining every step with patience and care.

Long before Eileen’s Toffee Sensations officially launched in 1999, her toffee was a beloved gift - shared with friends, family, and donated to fundraisers throughout Southern California.

A lifelong SoCal native with a passion for cooking and baking, Eileen still makes every batch by hand, now with help from her family, using the same recipe, love, and attention that started it all.
